Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable & patient. Not to make it about race, but the fact that majority everyone was a woman of color also made me feel safe as a woman of color. I love this office!

I have been a client since 2021, the facility has always been clean and staff friendly. I have never been rushed and had my questions and concerns answered. I have been able to see the same person each visit.

Everyone I encountered was awesome. Great front desk service, great attention to detail by the Nurse Practitioner, great referral, too. Everything I needed was addressed. Awesome visit! Initially, I was upset because I couldnt see the doctor, but it appears the doctor has hired really great people!!!

Dr. Cooke explained the benefits of hormone replacement therapy in so much detail. I have heard so many different opinions I was unclear on how it works.

Every member of the staff was warm and welcoming. I've had bad experiences with providers but this team eased every concern. I truly felt heard and care for. This goes a long way for me, as I am new patient. I was recommended by a family member and they were 100% correct about the level of care. I wish I could give individual shout outs but instead I will just say bless you All! Please continue to give women hope and exquisite care. I think I'll be treating them to lunch. Thank you again!

I have been a patient of this office for years. I have already sent 4 of my daughters to this office. The doctors are highly educated in the field and have excellent bedside service skills!! I pray they never close their office, I'd be lost without them!
